  • As leader and first point of contact for your team, you are responsible for the coordination of all analysts within the eCommerce unit. Your team provides various interfaces with reports, analyses and data to enable decisions that drive commercial success
  • Current focus areas of the team include Business Analytics for our directly operated web shops and marketplaces, CRM Analytics and Web Analytics
  • Typical tasks are the creation of strategic and operational plans, performance analyses for the digital business, setting up reports, working and analyzing with the customer data base and ensuring the digital data landscape
  • Apart from managing the daily business, you are constantly striving for improving processes and tools. Especially in the digital business, innovation is key to success, so you are always scouting for new ways. Illustrating and describing results as well as presenting and aligning them with the management team is part of your daily work
  • Your asset is your team. One of your main goals is to enable everyone to fulfill the individual task portfolio. You develop your team by defining paths to grow with each team member

  • You have successfully completed studies in data or an analytics related field and were ideally able to gain experience in eCommerce, B2C business or the fashion industry
  • You have experience as a functional or disciplinary lead to a team of experts and take full responsibility for your topics while being guided by a data driven mind set 
  • You can manage multiple, complex tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
  • You easily adapt to change and new circumstances and manage to rearrange priorities and requirements accordingly
  • You are both resilient and assertive and you manage to generate consent in a group of different mindsets. German skills are a plus
