  • Du unterstützt aktiv unsere digitale Transformation und erstellst die Konzepte zur aktiven Weiterentwicklung zusammen mit dem Fachbereich
  • In deiner Funktion bist du verantwortlich für den Betrieb der HCM Plattformen mit Schwerpunkt Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Dabei automatisierst du die angebotenen Services und sorgst für einen wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betrieb der Plattformen
  • Du entwickelst Dienstleister:innen zu Partner:innen und verwaltest die Verträge

  • IT-Technologie liegt dir im Blut? Themen wie Lösungsdesign, Automatisierung und Kundenorientierung sind keine Fremdwörter für dich sondern lassen dein Herz höherschlagen
  • Du blickst gerne über den Tellerrand hinaus und hast Interesse dich auch in Themen wie z.B. SAP HCM und weitere moderne Plattformen einzuarbeiten
  • Dir macht es Spaß dich schnell auf neue Anforderungen einzustellen und IT-Applikationen und Prozesse zu optimieren
  • Du bringst die Lust mit, Teil eines dynamischen Teams zu werden, mit dem Willen die Veränderung in unserem Unternehmen ab Tag 1 umsetzungsstark zu begleiten
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich der Personaleinsatzplanung sammeln und ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung rundet dein Profil ab
